1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access or use the x9999 game platform, including the website at x9999game.app and the mobile application available for Android and iOS devices. They also cover any promotional emails, in-app notifications or other communications from x9999 game that reference these Terms.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on x9999 game. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address or payment method, is not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are detected, x9999 game may close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment method details you intend to use. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any losses resulting from inaccurate information are your own responsibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but x9999 game is not liable for losses incurred before the unauthorised access was reported.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on x9999 game are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit via registered Easypaisa account
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer – direct deposit from a Pakistani bank account
• Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Wallets – where available and supported

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Deposits are typically credited to your x9999 game balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

x9999 game does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to review the terms of your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment account not matching your registered details, x9999 game may hold the funds and request verification before crediting your balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account on the website or via the mobile app. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawals section of your account. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

x9999 game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard measure to protect players and prevent fraudulent activity. Providing false documents or information during verification will result in immediate account closure.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

x9999 game may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback and other promotional rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The required wagering amount is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• x9999 game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms or cancel a player's bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on x9999 game – including slot games, fish games, live casino tables and arcade titles – are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you start playing.

Game outcomes in slot games and fish games are determined by random number generator (RNG) systems. These systems produce results independently of any player's previous bets, account history or balance. x9999 game does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or any other error during a game session, x9999 game's records of the session will be used to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, any bets placed during that round will be returned to your balance. x9999 game will not be liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game's interface. Players must stay within the stated limits. Bets placed outside the permitted range may be voided at x9999 game's discretion.

8 Sports Betting

The x9999 game sportsbook covers cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches and other international series, as well as football, esports and additional sports markets. Odds are displayed in the format shown in your account settings and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming. x9999 game is not responsible for bets placed in error.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during live matches, for risk management or operational reasons. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches).

x9999 game reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular activity, match manipulation, data errors or where odds were clearly published in error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.

• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are shown within the sportsbook interface.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the maximum payout cap across all legs combined.
• Any bet placed on an event that has already started without the player selecting an in-play market will be voided and the stake returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on x9999 game and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards support staff or other players.

x9999 game monitors accounts for unusual patterns of activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. x9999 game will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution as promptly as possible.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting x9999 game support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method.

x9999 game reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve months, in which case reasonable notice will be provided before closure.
• Any other reason that x9999 game determines, in good faith, justifies closure to protect the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, x9999 game is not obligated to return any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity.

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by x9999 game's gross negligence.
